From November 9, 2024 to January 12, 2025, the IX edition of “Favole di Luce ” will be held in Gaeta, brightening up the warm, welcoming Christmas atmosphere of the town.
The programme will include the display of new lights and installations, video projections and many interesting activities for the whole family, a dream to be experienced in the “Città del Golfo”.
The event begins with the ceremony of the lights turning on and continues with unmissable events such as “Santa Claus in the Enchanted Village”, the parade of Santa Clauses in motorbikes and Fiat 500, and the Concert in honour of the Immaculate Conception. Follow the Show “In fondo al mar”, musicians performing the traditional Sciusci (local chants) throughout the streets, a puppet theatre and the Befana Gaetana. In addition, concerts, light and water games, dance shows and nativity scene exhibitions will be organized.
The amazing light installations and video projections will include the aquarium of wonders, the light sails, the sparkling ocean, the talking belfry, the coral reef, and much more. Furthermore, artistic lanterns, shining like gems during the day, will turn, at night, into luminous sculptures.
A small illuminated train will be available for visitors from October 29 to January 15 every Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, and from December 7 to January 8 every day.
