In Gaeta, in the splendid setting of the Roman Maritime Burial Ground of Calegna, a Roman funerary monument dating back to the third century AD, the Easter Diorama of the Nativity Scene, is now on display for the third time. The free attraction will remain open until April 12, 2026, offering a rich calendar of cultural, musical, and recreational events.
During the seasons of Lent and Easter, visitors will be able to experience a journey through figurative scenes of the Passion, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus in one of the most fascinating archaeological sites of the area. The initiative, organized by the Golfo Eventi Cultural Association, combines spirituality, tradition, and the valorisation of historical heritage.
