“BellaXNoi” is the new Lazio Region Youth Card for young people resident or domiciled in Lazio aged from 14 to 29.
The digital Card, currently owned by 230,000 users, offers discounts and vouchers for cultural and sporting events. Completely restyled, the new Card is faster and more efficient than the previous ones and offers many additional benefits.
The App new version, downloadable from Apple and Android Stores, can be accessed through SPID code and/or electronic identity card. “Lazio Youth Cards” in use before this initiative will be automatically included in the new data base; the new version can be obtained by simply updating the App.

Discounted access to:
- Teatro dell’Opera di Roma;
- Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia;
- The “Sport and Health Tour” of the Olympic Stadium
- Live shows at the ATCL theatres (Associazione Teatrale fra i Comuni del Lazio);
- GAMM, Video Game Museum;
- Romics (comics exhibition) April 2025 Edition.
In addition, the new Lazio Youth Card “BellaXNoi” offers the following advantages:
- Richer vouchers for private cinemas and theatres, in addition to the ones not included in the old Cards.
- Discounts or free tickets for sporting events, such as the football matches of SS Lazio and AS Roma, partners of the project.
- Discount increased from 10% to 15% for young people’s shopping nights at the “Rinascente Stores”;
- Discounts for concerts and events to be held at “Nuvola Convention Centre” in 2025.
- Agreements with Amateur Sport Associations and Clubs.
