The historic homes of Lazio will reopen to the public for free on Saturday, November 30 and Sunday, December 1, and on the weekend of December 14 and 15, 2024.
Eighty-five exclusive castles, villas, noble palaces, parks, and archaeological sites and gardens will welcome visitors, families, students and tourists, who will be able to appreciate the charming artistic and cultural heritage of Lazio.

The Regional Network has recently been enriched with the Palazzo Mazzenga di Alvito and the Monacato di Villa Eucheria e Criptoportico di Castrocielo, both in the province of Frosinone, and with the Palazzo Comunale of Vetralla, in the province of Viterbo. The total number of historic homes registered in the Lazio Regional Network thus rises to 202, including public and private sites.
During the days of the extraordinary opening, the Regione Lazio and Lazio Innova will set up a contest for the best Christmas display, with a prize of five-thousand euros to be reinvested in the historic home.
