From June 27 until October 4, 2025, the project “Piccoli Comuni Raccontano” will involve thirty-one small towns with fewer than 5,000 inhabitants, a true historical and cultural heritage of Lazio. The rich calendar will include free events, such as concerts, shows, activities for children, clowns’ performances, and theatre, an extraordinary opportunity to rediscover the Lazio region.
The initiative is promoted by Regione Lazio and organized by the Associazione Teatrale fra i Comuni del Lazio (ATCL), in collaboration with the Conservatorio Statale di Musica Santa Cecilia and Ode Corporis, a production of the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, in collaboration with Videocittà.
The thirty-one small towns from the five provinces are: Acuto, Alvito, Arcinazzo Romano, Arsoli, Bassano in Teverina, Barbarano Romano, Bellegra, Bolsena, Borgo Velino, Borgorose, Camerata Nuova, Cantalice, Carpineto Romano, Castelforte, Cerreto Laziale, Civitella San Paolo, Collepardo, Colonna, Filacciano, Gorga, Lenola, Magliano Romano, Montelanico, Nemi, Pastena, Pignataro Interamna, San Giorgio A Liri, San Vito Romano, Spigno Saturnia, Tolfa, Torrice.
