The Ministry of Tourism, in collaboration with Regione Lazio and VisitLazio, has launched the new social media column #RomaeNonSolo, to promote the beauties of the Region all around the Capital.
The initiative will tell the story of these territories, making visitors discover true treasures less than one-hundred kilometres away from Rome, along a route which will cross the provinces of Viterbo, Rieti, Frosinone and Latina.
It will be an unmissable opportunity for millions of tourists and pilgrims, who will visit the Capital on the occasion of the Jubilee 2025, to experience the extraordinary culture and explore the gorgeous nature that Lazio has to offer. Villages lost in time, enchanting landscapes and testimonies of the past; you will be able to enjoy many pleasant surprises.
But the highlight of our journey throughout the wonders of Lazio cannot be but Subiaco, the Sanctuary nestled in the Simbruini Mountains. Here all travellers will fall fascinated from the medieval frescoes, the natural surrounding views, and the mystical atmosphere, which so much inspired San Benedetto in his soul searching.
