The House of Butterflies is back in Rome

From March 23 until June 9, 2024, the House of Butterflies reopens in Rome, in the splendid Appia Joy Park, in via Annia Regilla.

A large tropical greenhouse will host over 30 specimens of the most beautiful butterflies in the world. Visitors will be able to closely observe the wonderful specimens as they twirl and chase each other in the air. Guided tours will be led by biologists and entomologists who will explain to visitors of any ages the adaptive techniques and life cycle of butterflies.

In the Park you can also admire unique, incredible insects, such as stick insects, leaf insects, whistling cockroaches from Madagascar and the funny giant millipedes.

You will enjoy an immersion in the most curious and colourful nature and a new opportunity to experience and learn about the Appia Antica Park.
