The “Itinerario del Gusto” consists of a map, designed to help tourists and pilgrims to discover the best Jubilee ice cream, the unmissable pilgrim pizza, and the best cocktail dedicated to the Holy Year. The twelve best original recipes will be presented by under 45 ownersof business establishments in Rome and the province: restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlours, wine bars, dance clubs and beach resorts.
Starting from the second half of September 2025, the maps in digital and paper format will be distributed in strategic areas of the Capital. The initiative, a perfect combination of hospitality and excellence, will be an opportunity for tourists and pilgrims to enjoy unmissable experiences, from breakfast to after-dinner.
The “Itinerario del Gusto”, born from a challenge among young talents of the Roman cuisine, is a project by the “Confcommercio Roma”, promoted by the ”FIPE Roma”.
