The Linea Verde cameras in Sabina

RAI is on tour in Sabina to shoot an episode of the television broadcast Linea Verde, dedicated to the Cammini nel Lazio. An emotional adventure along the Route of San Francesco through forests, cultivated fields and ancient villages.

After Labro, the walkers gateway to Lazio from Umbria, and the monumental beech tree of Rivodutri, Linea Verde will explore the Sacro Speco of Poggio Bustone, Rieti and its underground, and the Benedictine Abbey of Farfa, candidate as UNESCO Heritage. The last stop will be Fara in Sabina, with its precious testimonies of the Ancient Sabines, like the Chariot of the Eretum Prince, proudly preserved in the Civic Museum at Palazzo Brancaleoni.

These are some previews of the episode of “Linea Verde” dedicated to the history of Sabina, its landscapes, ancient culture, and traditions. The instalments will be broadcasted on RaiUno, on Saturday, June 22 2024.
