The surprises of the 2024 “Tennis Internationals” Championship

From May 6 to 19, 2024, the Foro Italico in Rome will host the 81st edition of the “Tennis Internationals” Championship, an event much awaited by more and more spectators who, every year, reach this extraordinary setting to admire the best tennis players in the world. The great Foro Italico, between viale delle Olimpiadi and viale dei Gladiatori, with its Central Court (the Next Gen Arena) the “Nicola Pietrangeli” Stadium and eleven secondary courts, is a unique location.

There will be many surprises in this edition, such as a spectacular red clay court in piazza del Popolo, where it will be possible to watch the pre-qualifications of the athletes for free and, until May 19, the court will be available for the training of girls and boys from the Federation clubs.

The “Tennis Internationals”  will also represent an opportunity to admire and photograph the most famous salad bowl in the world, the Davis Cup, won by Italy after 47 years and displayed at the Foro Italico during the entire tournament.

Many other events are planned simultaneously with the matches, the presentation of an official stamp, a coin and some commemorative medals realized with the Italian Post Office and the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato.
