The initiative “Cammini Divini“ offers, from October 31 to November 28, 2026, guided excursions and tastings of regional wines and traditional local products, held in the most famous Abbeys of the region. Promoted by the Assessorato al Turismo della Regione Lazio, this second edition of “Cammini Divini” includes five routes, which, after crossing beautiful agricultural areas, reach impressive monastic complexes. The first destination, to be reached on October 21, will be the Abbey of Valvisciolo in Sermoneta (Latina), located on the southern branch of the Via Francigena. The Abbey of Farfa in Fara in Sabina (Rieti), situated on the Farfa Variant of the Via Francigena, will be visited on November 7, while, on November 14, it will be the turn of the Montecassino Abbey in Cassino (Frosinone), lying on the Way of St. Benedict in Cassino. On November 21, the itinerary reaches the Sacro Speco and the Monastery of Saint Scholastica in Subiaco (Rome), and finally, on November 28, the Basilica of San Flaviano in Montefiascone (Viterbo) on the Via Francigena.
