From October 16 to 18, the inaugural edition of “IN LAZIO – be excellence – Lazio Tourism Market” takes place—a new event dedicated to promoting and highlighting the excellence of the Lazio region.

Three strategic days designed to connect the five provinces—Rome, Frosinone, Latina, Rieti, and Viterbo—with the national and international tourism markets through institutional networking, B2B business matching, and immersive local experiences.

TTG RIMINI – ROME | ARRIVAL AND WELCOME

12:00 PM in Rome – WeGil  (Largo Ascianghi 5, Rome): Presentation press conference, followed by a light lunch

1:30 PM in Rimini – Meeting of participating buyers at the Lazio Region stand and departure for Rome by private bus

6:00 PM – Arrival at Hotel Shangri-La, Rome, and hotel check-in

8:30 PM – Social dinner. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

ROME | B2B MEETINGS AND EVENING EVENT

09:00 – Private transfer from the hotel to WeGil Largo Ascianghi, 5, 00153 Roma RM

09:30–15:30 – B2B Workshop. A session of B2B meetings between buyers and tourism operators from the Lazio region, aimed at showcasing the region’s tourism offerings and developing new business opportunities.

16:00 – Return to the hotel by private bus. Free time.

19:00 – Transfer to Cinecittà in vintage cars.

20:00–23:30 – Cinematic Dinner Experience

An evening dedicated to cinema and entertainment, featuring a dining experience within the evocative setting of Cinecittà.

23:30 – Return to the hotel in vintage cars.

Private transfer and overnight stay.

FAM TRIP | DISCOVERING THE EXCELLENCE OF LAZIO

7:30 AM – Departure from the hotel by private coach

Departure of the buyers for the Fam Trips dedicated to discovering the five provinces of Lazio. Participants will be divided into groups according to their assigned itineraries, allowing them to experience the destinations first-hand and discover the region’s cultural, natural, food and wine, and tourism highlights. They will be accompanied by content creators and influencers.

  1. The Riviera of Ulysses – Province of Latina
    Norma · Terracina · Sperlonga · Fondi · Itri
    An itinerary discovering the Riviera of Ulysses and the Pontine area, among ancient Roman towns, villages overlooking the Mediterranean, archaeological sites, spirituality, and food and wine traditions. A journey through more than two thousand years of history, ideally following the route of the ancient Appian Way, to discover one of the most fascinating areas of southern Lazio.
  2. Ciociaria – Province of Frosinone
    Anagni · Cesanese del Piglio · Lake Canterno · Alatri · Fiuggi
    An itinerary discovering the most authentic side of Ciociaria, among ancient Hernician towns, medieval heritage, natural landscapes, and outstanding food and wine traditions. A journey through Anagni and Alatri, cities that have submitted their candidacy to become Italian Capital of Culture 2028, the Cesanese del Piglio DOCG wine region, Lake Canterno, and the elegant spa town of Fiuggi.
  3. Sabina – Province of Rieti
    Lake Turano · Castel di Tora · Rieti · Mount Terminillo
    An itinerary discovering Sabina and the Rieti area, among lakes, medieval villages, traces of ancient Rome, and mountain landscapes. A journey that begins with the waters of Lake Turano and leads to the historic heart of Rieti, before reaching the peaks of Mount Terminillo, showcasing a region where nature, history, spirituality, and traditions coexist in perfect harmony.
  4. Tuscia – Province of Viterbo
    Viterbo · Bolsena · Tarquinia
    An itinerary discovering Tuscia, a land with a strong and distinctive identity, where medieval towns, Etruscan heritage, natural landscapes, and outstanding food and wine traditions reveal one of the most fascinating areas of Lazio.
  5. The Castelli Romani – Province of Rome
    Grottaferrata · Tuscolan Villas · Frascati and Tusculum · Nemi · Castel Gandolfo and Lake Albano
    An itinerary discovering the Castelli Romani, a historic area just outside the capital, characterised by elegant residences, picturesque villages, archaeological sites, volcanic lakes, and long-standing food and wine traditions. A journey through history and landscapes, from the remains of ancient Tusculum and the Tuscolan Villas to the villages overlooking the lakes of Nemi and Albano.

Information for all participants:

  • Departure from the hotel at 7:30 AM
  • Return to the hotel at approximately 10:30 PM
  • Lunch and dinner at the respective destinations, including tastings of typical local products
