On June 29, 2025, the authentic wooden model of the puppet Pinocchio, the protagonist of Luigi Comencini’s renowned TV Series, will be displayed at the permanent exhibition “I mille volti di Pinocchio”, at the former “Foresteria di Farnese” in Via San Magno in Farnese, together with photographs and the testimonies of the movie staff members.
The exciting event has been made possible, after more than fifty years, thanks to the collaboration between the “Associazione il Borgo di Pinocchio Farnese”, which took care of the movie sets in the village of Farnese, and the “San Paolo Film” Company, the puppet’s owner.
Many activities are planned during the day starting at 10am: the permanent exhibition and the possibility of taking unforgettable pictures of the original wooden Puppet, guided tours around the village and workshops for kids. The entrance to the exhibition will be until 6pm.
